Our Employment ServicesWelcome to our Employment Services. We serve consumers of mental health services who are seeking employment as well as employers in the public and private sector. For consumers of mental health services, we have six programs and one goal - getting you to work. We will help you determine if one program suits your needs better than the other one. We also have peer support and self-help groups. You’ll find full descriptions and contacts for each program by clicking on the program names below. The Diagnostic Vocational Evaluation (DVE) is our program for persons 18 years or older who are interested in completing a readiness assessment which will assist you in determining your vocational interests, skills and values. Jobs Plus is our program for persons 18 years or older who have not worked or who have had unsuccessful employment experiences. We help you gain rapid, competitive employment in an integrated work setting with long-term supports. Employment Unlimited is our program for persons 18 years or older for whom competitive employment has not occurred regularly or has been interrupted as a result of a severe disability. We help you obtain and maintain competitive employment in an integrated setting for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Transitional Employment is our program for persons 17 years or older seeking part-time, temporary, entry-level jobs as preparation for full entry into the work force. Youth Works provides comprehensive services to out-of-school youth, ages 17 to 21 so that they can be successful in educational and vocational pursuits. If you are an employer seeking pre-screened candidates for your qualified and diverse workforce, qualified applicants are here.
