Our services reflect a comprehensive, flexible and individualized approach for adults, families, and youngsters - addressing mental health needs through support, rehabilitation and treatment. In addition to our agency-based programs, we continue our decades-long tradition of reaching out to families and individuals by providing services in their homes, nursing homes, homeless shelters and other community sites. We are determined to ensure that everyone who needs help has equal access to mental health services. Over 70% of the people we serve are from low-income, working families who have inadequate or no mental health coverage. Staff members have training and experience working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors and families. The agency as a whole employs an ongoing process of evaluation in order to improve services and develop staff through training and supervision. Services are available in English, Spanish and other languages.
